Shooting For The Client

This was a really interesting project where the photographers were required to photographing a toy, in this case an Action Man race car, Thunderbird 2, R2-D2, a robot and a model of the Star ship Enterprise They were tasked with making the toy look exciting, and almost real. The aim was toi challenge their creativity, story telling, use of lighting, focal length of lens, depth of field the ability to focus stack and manipulate the image to its finally conclusion in post. This included the addition of colour fill layers, manipulated backgrounds, colour balance, matching perspective and lighting and the ability to make selections through masks or selection tools.
